So harmless that it made everyone that i know quit. People keep telling me this is ok, its not a competitive game (uhh, it kind of is for some people), and how bots are harmless. Should we just accept DIablo 2 will forever have a botting problem? Fine, i won't talk about it anymore. Loot bots vacuum pick every single loot from every single Cow level/ Baal run. The world chats are a mess in Europe, Amerca and Asia. Ok so what's stopping them to use those "better" tools? The people already sell like 50 shakos and tal rasha items, just a week and a half after the game got out. PoE, WoW, FF14, D2, D3, hell even League of Legends and Apex Legends has bots. D2 bots usually do the same except for the chat spam bots in chat lobbies. D3 bots all play in private lobbies by themselves, so you literally can’t ever see them. WoW has had a genuine botting problem since Vanilla days, as there were plenty of bots designed to do loops around Eastern/Western Plaguelands for mining+herbalism. Looking at your other comments in this thread I have a feeling you don’t fully understand how bots work or what they do-generally speaking if you are noticing them then they are doing something wrong.

It’s not uncommon to see practically the entire top 100 for every class be characters with 22/23 hours a day play time for the entire first month straight. You didn’t see many chat spamming bots, but the top Ladder spots have been taken by botters since shortly after Reaper of Souls launch.
